4 star for the reasons below
1 joist had a few splits along and did not have time to contact and organise a replace (Quality control should of picked up on this)
When i placed the order there was no warning i was required to be home on day of delivery to assist driver with unloading (Top mark for the driver whom i spoke with on the phone and unloaded by himself as i was at work)
When order was placed there was no notification of when order was to be dispatched until i contacted the customer service whom told me when expected delivery would be.
A big plus though is the free delivery so top marks for that too.
