• Superior 18mm Plywood: The tabletop and shelf are constructed from high-quality 18mm plywood. Made of multiple thin veneers glued at right angles, it offers incredible structural stability, excellent mechanical properties, and a beautifully smooth face finish.
• Sturdy Frame: The core frame is built from constructional grade CLS C16 2x3 (38mm x 63mm) timber for unyielding support.
• Redwood Corner Supports: The corner posts are made from constructional grade redwood and are pressure-treated to provide up to a 15-year guarantee against fungus and rot.

• Rustic Stain: We finish the wood with Sadolin's extra-durable, medium-build, solvent-based wood stain. It creates a flexible, microporous, and water-repellent surface that resists peeling, flaking, and blistering.
• Protective Clearcoat: To guarantee maximum longevity, we add a final coat of Sadolin Extra Durable Clearcoat. This exterior varnish provides exceptional UV and weather protection, resisting cracking and splitting over time.

Optional Mobility: Need to move your grill station? Choose the optional wheel upgrade to add four robust caster wheels, allowing you to easily reposition your heavy BBQ island across your patio.
