- Base Requirement: Please note that this enclosure is designed to be installed on a solid, level base, such as a concrete pad or paving slabs, which must be prepared in advance of installation.

- Weather Resistance: All timber is tanalised pressure-treated and kiln-dried (12-14%) to ensure long-term durability in outdoor environments.
- Flexible Installation: Designed for surface-fixing onto concrete pads using supplied heavy-duty L-shape brackets.
- Bespoke Adaptability: Top bracing and panel slats can be adjusted during assembly to accommodate low-level pipework or specific site access needs.

Assembly & Care
- Assembly: This item is delivered flat-packed and is semi-assembled for your convenience. Final assembly requires only a 10mm socket set and a screwdriver, preferably battery-operated, to connect the parts.
