Cherry Smoking Chunks

Perfect for meat, fish and vegetables, our kiln dried British Cherry chunks add a natural sweetness to your cooking with earthy and fruity notes.  

Carefully cut into small 4 inch pieces, and with 2.5-3kg per box, they're perfect for a wide variety of BBQs and smokers including Kamado, Big Green Egg, Weber. 

Just add a few of our perfectly sized chunks to hot charcoal on an open BBQ to add some subtle flavour, or for a stronger taste use a lidded BBQ or smoker.
