Delivery Information
We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Deliveries will be made to the address specified in your order. It is crucial that this address is accurate and complete. If you have specific instructions for where the goods should be left in your absence, please provide these details at the time of ordering. Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd. cannot accept liability for loss or damage to goods once delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Delivery Coverage
Our delivery services primarily cover mainland England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. We do not currently deliver to offshore locations, including (but not limited to) the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Additionally, delivery for certain products may be restricted to specific postcodes in the Cambridgeshire region.
Delivery Timeframes
While we strive to deliver your order within the quoted timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control will be communicated promptly, and an adjusted delivery date will be provided. Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd. does not accept liability for delays, however caused.
Certain products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier. In such cases, delivery times will depend on the supplier’s stock levels and usual dispatch schedules. Products requiring custom manufacturing will have extended lead times, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery charges include one delivery attempt. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s absence at the pre-arranged time, additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts. These charges will need to be paid before rescheduling the delivery.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is £60. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
Order Cancellation
Arbor Garden Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. While we strive to provide a reason for cancellations, there may be instances where further details cannot be disclosed.
Additional Charges and Restrictions
For deliveries to specific regions, additional surcharges and extended lead times may apply. These charges reflect the logistical complexities of serving these areas. Details of surcharges are as follows:

Scotland: Postcodes listed below will incur an additional £25 surcharge (excluding Animal Field Shelters). Deliveries to these areas may take up to 15 working days during peak periods:
